Diane Magers owns Experience Catalysts, based out of Dallas. She is the global CEO of the Customer Experience Professionals Association (CXPA). Diane works with clients worldwide to build customer and employee engagement. Her focus is on customer and employee engagement and complex organizational change management. Diane holds a Masters in Clinical Psychology and an MBA.
Diane is a Certified Customer Experience Professional (CCXP), and certified in Net Promoter Score (NPS), Voice of Customer (VoC) and Customer Experience Management (CEM). Additional affiliations include CXPA (founding member and current board member) and the LUMA Institute.
