Driving HR strategies as a Black man in corporate America comes with very unique challenges.Knowing that clients, peers, and colleagues may perceive you as threatening during your day-to-day life is a heavyweight to carry and it stifles brilliance. That compounded with the current egregious social justice crisis is hard! On Saturday, we’ll dedicate time for self-care and support!
