Ask an Expert: Leadership Group Coaching for Senior HR Pros

September 29 @ 2:00 PM 3:00 PM EDT

Have you read the manual for how to be an effective HR leader?

What manual?

You probably reached your well-deserved role of HR leader through a combination of hard work, education, and years of on the job experience. None of which properly prepared you to handle the real world obstacles you’re facing leading Human Resources in today’s business and social climate.

This is your opportunity to let your hair down and bring those questions to the table you’ve been too afraid to ask, because you’re expected to know the answers…

  • How can you handle a deep internal conflict?
  • How do you motivate your team & keep remote workers engaged?
  • Which hiring practices should you adjust in an ever-changing job market?
  • What are best practices for laying off employees while not damaging morale?

Join this open discussion where you can get your questions answered in a safe and understanding environment. Learn from LaToya Jordan, an Executive Coach with over 15 years of experience helping human capital leaders cultivate positive, inclusive, and engaging teams.
